Unlike traditional magnesium powders and pills that require constant daily replenishing, our liposomal magnesium is absorbed and retained more efficiently within the body. This means its calming, restorative effects linger longer rather than being quickly depleted.
For the first 1–2 weeks, we recommend taking daily to build and restore magnesium levels. Once replenished, most people naturally shift to a maintenance rhythm of every second day or a few times per week while still experiencing the same tangible benefits.

Unlike cheaper forms that pass straight through the body, glycinate is efficiently utilised at a cellular level, meaning you don’t need excessive doses to feel a tangible impact. Vitamin C
