HOW & WHEN TO TAKE

We’ve worked hard to achieve a great-tasting formula — all while staying true to our commitment to incorporating only the essential ingredients. Our Liposomal Vitamin C proudly uses whole natural non-GMO sunflower lecithin, which carries a naturally earthy, slightly fatty taste that reflects its purity and potency.

How to take:

  • Best taken straight off the spoon for full liposomal absorption.
  • Can also be mixed into a small amount of water or juice if preferred.
  • For little ones, you can also incorporate into homemade gummies (add only once the mixture has cooled slightly to preserve the nutrients).

RUN DOWN OR SICK?

When your immune system is under strain, increase your daily dose for acute support. With liposomal delivery, you can safely take higher doses — without the digestive upset often caused by standard Vitamin C powders or tablets. Many people benefit from temporarily doubling or even tripling their usual dose (e.g. up to 10,000mg/day /50ml Lipo C), for several days during acute illness. Crucially, it's most effective when your Vitamin C levels are already supported beforesymptoms begin, so maintaining even a small daily dose year-round is a powerful act of prevention. Our Tonic also contains zinc, a critical nutrient that supports immune strength, assists with wound healing, and reduces inflammation — particularly valuable during acute illness or periods of stress. Once symptoms subside, return to your regular maintenance dose.

PREGNANCY

Support for you, and the life you're growing. Our Liposomal Vitamin C is safe and supportive during pregnancy when used mindfully. Though Vitamin C is well knowns for its support through pregnancy, begin with a low-to-moderate dose (around 3–5ml per day), and increase if needed in times of low immunity or increased energy demands. Vitamin C supports iron uptake, so consider taking it alongside iron-rich foods or supplements. Keep a bottle of our Tonic handy after bub is born to support healing and recovery (see 'Breastfeeding' tab — this is a must-have in your postpartum toolkit!). POSTPARTUM & BREASTFEEDING

Nutrient demands are high during this season. Our Tonic can support milk production, energy, and postpartum healing. It can also help prevent blocked ducts and mastitis — making it a powerful ally during those early weeks of breastfeeding, weaning and healing.

FOR CHILDREN

Little bodies need less — but still deserve support. Start with ¼ to ½ of the adult dose (1-3ml), depending on age and weight. During illness or recovery, this can be increased.
